Milk Does Not Build Strong Bones

There have been numerous large scale studies which actually show the exact opposite. In a 72,000 person multi decade study, as well as a 96,000 person study, both found that people who consumed more milk had a greater risk for bone injuries. The group with the highest milk consumption has the highest rate of broken bones and stress fractures. This another piece of propaganda, pushed by the USDA, pressured by the Dairy lobbyists.
